PTCI Outage Updates
Smarthub outage expected 6/23 at 8pm - Forced update required
SmartHub will undergo a maintenance window on Tuesday, June 23 at 8PM. During this window, payment processing will be temporarily unavailable.
Upon accessing or signing into the app, Android users will be prompted with a screen to update their app via the app store, and iOS users will see a message on the Home screen indicating an update is required.
